My HOA Voice was founded by an HOA board member who got tired of paying for systems that didn't work together and cost far too much for volunteer-run communities.

Most HOA software was designed for large professional management companies with large budgets. Self-managed communities - run by neighbors volunteering their evenings and weekends - were left choosing between expensive platforms or a patchwork of disconnected tools.

My HOA Voice changes that. One platform. 11 integrated modules. $10 per member per year.

Our Story

Founded in Washington State by a veteran and HOA board member, My HOA Voice launched in 2025. The platform was built from real board experience - the founder served on an HOA board and experienced firsthand the gap between what self-managed communities needed and what the market offered at an accessible price.

Washington State's SB5129 legislation and WUCIOA compliance requirements provided additional motivation. The new law requires HOAs to provide secret ballot voting, fee-free payment options, proper meeting notices, and 7-year record retention - requirements that most affordable HOA tools couldn't meet. My HOA Voice was built to handle all of these by design.
