Is there a free trial?

Are there transaction fees for dues collection?
A 0.5% platform transaction fee applies to dues collected through the platform, plus standard Stripe payment processing rates (e.g. 3.4% + $0.30 per card transaction). Per WUCIOA/SB5129 requirements, the platform supports a fee-free payment option - boards can absorb all fees or accept physical checks so homeowners pay their exact assessment amount.

Incumbent board members are automatically blocked from accessing ballots in any election where they are a candidate, as required by SB5129. Full audit trails document results for compliance.
Does the platform handle fee-free payments as required by SB5129?

Is My HOA Voice only for Washington State HOAs?
No. My HOA Voice works for any HOA in any state. Washington State WUCIOA and SB5129 compliance features are included in the base platform - they're a marketing focus for Washington HOAs, but they don't limit or cost extra for HOAs in other states. All HOAs pay $10/member/year for all 11 modules.
What WUCIOA requirements does the platform handle?
The platform addresses the following WUCIOA requirements by design: secret ballot elections (Voting Module), fee-free payment option (Properties & Dues Module), 14-50 day meeting notice requirements (Events Module), materials distribution to homeowners before meetings (Documents Module), 7-year record retention (Documents Module), and full audit logs for all communications (Communications Module).
What is the 2028 WUCIOA deadline?
By January 1, 2028, all Washington State HOAs must be in full WUCIOA compliance. Legacy HOA statutes are repealed on that date.
